Building AI-led transformations in banking

I'm Zaheer Shaikh — a Digital Transformation Leader and AI/ML Practitioner. For over 20 years, I have been delivering large-scale digital and core banking transformations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and global markets.

My core expertise lies in Core Banking (Temenos T24), digital lending platforms, and multi-vendor program management. Recently, I led the DigiCore transformation program at Al Rajhi Bank, one of the largest Islamic banks globally.

Beyond banking infrastructure, I am a hands-on builder passionate about applying AI to enterprise scenarios. I have built AI-native products like Summario (news narrative platform) and Al Noor (RAG-based Quran companion).

I am currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in AI & Machine Learning from Walsh College, researching AI-led transformation in financial services.
